We ship once weekly, on Wednesdays. Delivery time depends on the destination –however, max 7 days from date of shipment. Extra delivery time must be expected around seasonal celebrations.

Our shipping prices are indicated at checkout and are dependent on destination and amount of ordered products.


All packages are sent insured and by DSV/GLS with private distribution once weekly – every Wednesday. The payment of your order will be deducted from your account when your order is shipped.

For climate reasons The Organic Club dropships. This means that your goods will be shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse and not The Organic Club. If you have ordered from different brands, the delivery will be divided into several shipments, depending on how many brands you have ordered from.

Shipment price in Norway and Switzerland: 95 DKK**

*In the terms of purchasing a ”BALI LAMP” customers from Norway and Switzerland will experience an addition of 10% to the price, due to expensive shipment costs in these countries.

All prices for delivery in EU countries are incl. 25% vat and other incurring expenses.

The website indicates prices in Danish Kroner, which are incl. vat.


Customers outside the EU may be required to pay custom and import fees, when the order reaches the country of destination. The receiver of the package will pay these fees in full.

Custom and import fees vary from country to country, and we can therefore not inform about specific fees per marked.

The customer takes full responsibility for all fees related to shipment, return, custom and handling fees, in the case that the customer declines reception of the delivery due to custom and import fees.


For us at theorganicclub.com it is important that you are a 100% satisfied with your purchase. The product can be exchanged for another product or for an online voucher to the webshop. Your product can be returned in un-opened state within 14 days.

Always return together with the original box and trademark tags.

If you regret your purchase, the purchase sum will be returned to your payment card/bank. This will take place after we have received the returned product and made the necessary controls, to ensure it meets the conditions of replacement.

Return of your purchase sum will take place, at the latest, 14 days after reception of the returned product.


When you have purchased a product online you will receive an order confirmation via email. It contains an order number, name and address of the payer, payment method, potentially delivering address if this is different than the payment address and an overview of the ordered products. It is not possible to view your order by login on the webpage. If you wish to receive the order confirmation again, please contact our customer service at info@theorganicclub.com


The receipt is the last step in the process. We recommend that you save the receipt and potentially print it after your purchase. The receipt has to be attached in case of exchange of products, cancellation or complaint. The order confirmation that you receive over email is your receipt. It can be used equally with the receipt that is showing on the screen just after you finish ordering.


When shopping at theorganicclub.com you have 3 months warranty*. You have the right to have the product repaired, replaced, refunded or decreased in price, depending on the specific complaint in question. We will evaluate the complaint individually from case to case, to estimate if the claim is caused by wrong use of the product or other damaging behaviour.

A complaint must be received within a reasonable time after you have discovered a product defect.

In case the complaint is received within 2 months after the product defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipment expenses, which you may have from the return of the product, in cases where the complaint is justified.

When you wish to file a complaint, you can either send the product to us or deliver the product itself at our address.

To facilitate the best return process, we kindly ask you to notify us before you return the product. Please notify us by email info: info@theorganicclub.com

All sales are final. In case your product is damaged during delivery or not working correctly, you can return the product with your sales receipt within 10 days.

Please contact customer service before the product is returned. When you make use of the right of cancellation, you must pay the shipment expense related to return of the product.
